• Corporate Affiliates. We may share information with parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliated entities of GymMonk.
• Law Enforcement Authorities. We may disclose your information to law enforcement authorities when we are required or authorized by law to do so (for example, in response to a subpoena issued by a court).
• Corporate Partners. We may provide special offers for the Services in connection with certain partnerships with third parties. We may share your information with third parties in connection with promoting and administering these offers.
• Third-Party Marketing Partners. We may also share your information with third parties to use for their marketing purposes, in accordance with applicable law, if we think the products or services, they offer would be of interest to you. If you unsubscribe from our commercial communications, we will no longer share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. YOUR OPTIONS AND RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR INFORMATION

Your Account: Please visit your account page to update your account information.
Marketing Communications: If you do not wish to receive marketing information from us or wish to opt out of future email promotions from us, please contact us. Please note that all promotional email messages you receive from us will include an option to opt out of future email communications.
If you unsubscribe from our marketing communications, you will not automatically become unsubscribed from the marketing communications. In addition, you may continue to receive generic mailings addressed to “Resident” or the like. In order to discontinue generic mailings, you may contact your local post office.
If you delete your cookies, you may also delete your opt-out preferences.

DATA RETENTION

We will retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide you with our services that you request, for marketing purposes unless you opt out as described in our Policy, or otherwise where permitted or required in accordance with applicable law. This is a commercial website intended for use by individuals that are at least 18 years old. If you are less than 18 years old, you may not use the Site without prior permission and supervision of your legal guardians. GymMonk does not accept registered members under the age of 18 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER AND APPLICABLE LAW

For visitors using the Site or the Services from outside the United States, any data you provide will be transferred to the United States for use by GymMonk and/or its affiliates for any of the purposes described in this Policy.
